• Extractor fans removed, cleaned and replaced
• Mattresses Shampooed
• Wooden/laminate floors polished
• Window seals checked and renewed if necessary
• Door and window frames caulked where gaps are appearing
• Deep clean of all cupboards and appliances, windows
• Leather Sofa's waxed
• Fabric Sofa's Wet Cleaned
• Lightbulbs renewed where necessary
• Plumbing tested for leaks

We are charging an all in price of just £1 per square foot.

Typical Prices:

Studio Flats is approximately £400 plus VAT

1-bed Flat is approximately £550 plus VAT

2-bed Flat is approximately £750 plus VAT
