All of our clients (landlords, tenants, vendors) are issued with a personal log on ID and password providing access to our private client section of the website. Ticket System Our ticket system is an advanced help desk facility. It enables tenants and landlords to raise queries/issues/maintenance problems with us in a very controlled manner. We update progress and provide replies via the system. The benefits are great. We improve communication, provide greater visibillity of progress and action taken. It helps us to manage problem reports and queries and to monitor the quality of our response. If you are a tenant or landlord, log in using your email address and your personal ID number. If you are a tenant your ID number is the same reference that you use to make your rent payment. If you are unsure - just give us a call.
