Once you have found a property that you like simply complete our application form and leave a deposit equal to half of one month's rent plus our agency fee.

Don't worry about referencing. Simply complete our application form and we take care of the rest. Applications typically take 48-72 hours to complete.

When you have passed referencing we will require 2 proofs of ID including a photo ID. Speak to your viewing rep for details of acceptable ID. We will also require the balance of the rent and deposit.

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, bankers draft or bank transfer. We prefer not to accept cash.

What if I fail Referencing?

There are a couple of options available:

• You can use a Guarantor - a parent for example
• You can pay rent in advance - typically 6 months

As long as the information that you provide on the application is genuine then you will not lose your deposit should we reject your application.
